Who is this program for?+
For CEOs, board members, and executives with leadership responsibility. In short: for everyone who sets the direction on AI in their organization and needs a solid strategy for it. No technical background required. The program is not designed for people without leadership responsibility; do reach out via the contact form and we will gladly suggest a suitable format.
I barely have time. How much effort is this really?+
Two 3-hour live workshops, a 30-to-60-minute pre-session, and a 45-minute pulse check at a time of your choice. The application phase in between happens inside your normal work week; it does not cost extra time, it usually saves some.
What time are the sessions?+
Session times are announced with each cohort and chosen so that executives from Europe, Asia, and the Americas can join at a reasonable hour. If demand grows, we will run dedicated cohorts per region.
We already had a ChatGPT training. What is different here?+
Good, then you know the tools. This is about your strategy: which tasks you automate, where AI makes your people stronger, what you deliberately keep as it is, and how your organization comes along. The result is a document you can put in front of your management team.
AI changes constantly. Will this not be outdated immediately?+
The content is refreshed before every cohort. More importantly, the AI Compass teaches principles instead of tools. You learn an evaluation framework that lets you assess even the model generation after next yourself.
What about confidential information?+
The circle works under the Chatham House Rule, and the workshops are not recorded. Non-critical documents are all you need for the exercises; guardrails for using AI with sensitive data are part of the program.
Is this worth it compared to hiring consultants?+
It does not replace consulting, it comes before it. You develop the strategy yourself, with sparring and structure, at a fraction of the cost of a consulting project. Whether and where you want external support afterwards, you decide on much better grounds.
